Highlights of our engagement include:

A Complete Revamp of a Content Management System (CMS) for Maximum Flexibility and Performance

Tonic customized an existing CMS to allow the KHOV marketing team to upload and modify digital assets — including site maps, floor plans, and images — to ensure that KHOV’s web presence accurately reflects what’s available in the real world.

Build on Your Lot (BOYL)

KHOV developed a program that allows clients who own their land to design, finance, and construct a new KHOV home on their property.

Tonic designed and built the web presence for this innovative homebuilding opportunity. Our focus in designing for BOYL was educating prospective clients on an unknown process, and providing clarity into which regions, home designs, and options are available.

Media Gallery

Tonic’s objective for KHOV’s digital presence is for the beauty and quality of their homes to shine through on any device.

Each media gallery was designed to be comprehensive and inviting, with interior and exterior photos, and virtual tours that showcase the homes, communities, and amenities.

Regional Pages

KHOV recognized the need to restructure their site to match the way users locate communities. Tonic developed regional pages that help users quickly find communities in their desired living area — with each page highlighting local attractions to build excitement around their new neighborhoods.

Future plans include restructuring the navigation to allow users to search more easily or to browse for their ideal community.
